The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms with TVs, three of them with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed, as well as 4 bathrooms. One master bedroom is located on the first floor and three further bedrooms are on the upper floor. The high-quality furnishings, matching ceramics for walls and floors, the first-class fittings and lights, as well as the tastefully chosen decorations emphasize the exclusivity of this villa. Dolphins and manatees swim right past the villa and can be easily observed from here. The riverfront location of the villa makes it ideal for boaters to be in the Gulf of Mexico in no time at all. A boat can easily be moored at the boat dock. There is an outdoor shower directly below the boat dock and a second outdoor shower in the pool area.
