Прекрасное жилье , фотографии соответствует реальности, красивая, чистая, уютная, с хорошим ремонтом квартира . Все новое, все работает. Отзывчивый хозяин, помогал нам снять деньги, объяснил где находятся рынки, магазины , и все что требуется для жизни. Нам все очень понравилось 😊👍🏼

Definately a great value for money - the appartment was beautiful, spacious and had everything nessesary for a longterm stay. We really loved the appartment! There was only 2 things “raining on our parade”. 1. The poweroutages happened at least once every other day (not the apprtments’ fault, the whole neighbourbood was constantly out) - we needed to keep all of our electronics charged at all times in case there is a poweroutage again. For a person working online from home like us, this was quite annoying. 2. The host told us only AFTER that we exceeded the limit (we were not told anything about any limit, just that it jas internet and thats it) and that we need to pay extra for the internet after 30gb (for example, Netflix takes about 1,65gb per hour). We stayed for month, so ofcourse we needed more internet. It wasnt a problem to pay extra but also should have informed us before - would have saved some confusion. Otherwise, the neighborhood was very nice and calm, the neighbours themselves are super helpful and I would definately reccomend this place to anyone staying in Colombo!
