Enjoy a home stay like no other! Unwind in modern living, with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, kitchen, a rooftop pool and jacuzzi all to yourself! With elevator and parking facilities and a separate entrance! Nestled off the main road, our home is surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, just 15 minutes from the beach and local train station by car. Our two dogs help enhance the warm atmosphere, but remain separated. Koh is perfect for families or couples seeking a memorable vacation! Our property (2nd floor) is a 3 bedroom apartment, each with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining and living area. The 3rd floor is an open terrace space where our guests can relax and unwind under beautiful moroccon lights, brought all the way from the Middle East! The 4th floor include a 30ft pool as well as a jacuzzi. This space is perfect for some light meditation or even yoga! All floors a accessible by elevator expect the 4th floor which has a short staircase for the 3rd floor leading up to it. Notes: - The pool is unsupervised therefore we request that you be vigilant when there are children around. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but is allowed in outdoor and open spaces. (p.s. please use an ashtray and avoid ashing into our lovely plants!)

Everything about this stay was perfect!! We regret not staying a bit longer. Beautiful property, and Chavinka and his dad made us feel welcome and very comfortable. A very warm and humble people.
We had an amazing stay at Chavinka’s. The house is absolutely beautiful, with stunning finishing. We loved the rooftop pool, where we enjoyed sundowners and chilled swims throughout the day. Chavinka and his family were incredibly helpful with arranging taxis and suggesting places to go. We really enjoyed the Sri Lankan dinner he suggested on our final night near Blue Water. Taxis and tuk tuks were easy to get from the house and in the area to explore the city. Overall, lovely stay and really lovely house!!! Thank you.

We couldn’t have hit a better Host-jackpot (if there was any) than Chavinka and his family. We had an absolute blastttttttt, staying with them. I would love to visit Colombo again and again just to stay with them! (PS: Thanks for the cake!)
An absolute gem within the city limits of Colombo. I just want to start off by saying how lucky we got with this place located down the end of a cul-de-sac, we were met with our lovely hosts a dad and son duo who couldn't have been more helpful friendly and nice, before checking in they had given us the locations of recommend eaties, supermarkets & local attractions, on site we got a thorough walk around of the place so we knew where the amenities were (not common for most air bnb's it was a nice touch and great to meet the hosts) the house is lovely, I mean amazing, I can only wish my home was as beautiful, you are on level 2 with exclusive access to level 3 (outdoor seating) and level 4 (pool & jacuzzi with outdoor dinning) the whole place was spotless an utter Gem in the outskirts of the city. Finally I just want to give another special mention to our hosts, who went above & beyond when out taxi to the airport let us down, they organised another taxi and made us tea in the interim.
