Joanne's place is awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our church retreat. Great views and easy access to the beach and the motorway. Very clean, quiet, and, alive. Highly recommended and we are looking forward to coming back again.

We had a lovely stay at Joanne’s place. The house was big enough to fit three families and everything felt easy. Beautiful view, stunning pool area and lots of games for kids. We would definitely stay again.

My family purchased River Vista property in 2019, we renovated during Covid (as you do). We updated the flooring, added a new kitchen, added a lounge room and third bathroom and facelift to the gazebo added a bar, and landscaped the property. You will have plenty of room, and loads of time to enjoy relaxation, a family gathering or a business getaway. We have chickens on the property our son incubated over covid, they will love your food scrapes.
