Goshawk is a newly converted pet-free barn in North Norfolk. Luxurious 5-star holiday self-catering accommodation, 10 mins walk to a safe sandy beach. The accommodation contains a large openplan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge area with premium leather sofas, smart 65” TV with Sonos soundbar, WiFi & Xbox French doors open out to a large private walled garden with your own Hot Tub. Easy walking access, but there is 1 step up from the master bedroom to its ensuite. Goshawk Barn is 1 of 3 converted Luxury Barns. Mediterranean style South facing courtyard garden with Hot Tub, BBQ & furniture. Lots of original features internally, beams, exposed brick & flint work. 4 Large bedrooms 3 kingsize 2 with ensuites 1 twin room & very large family bathroom. Open plan living area with wood burning stove.

Photos don't capture the charm: Photos are nice, but they truly don't capture the spaciousness and immaculate cleanliness of this beautiful barn nestled in peaceful, lush countryside. Ideal location for families: As a first-time visitor to Norfolk with our family of four adults and two children, Nicola's barn proved to be the perfect location. It's an easy walk (about 10 minutes, or a quick 5-minute jog) to the nearest beach, and all the places we wanted to see and visit were within a 30-minute drive. Fantastic host, perfect stay: Nicola was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was perfectly prepared for both our arrival and departure. After a long three-hour drive, we were delighted by a lovely hamper waiting for us, which helped us settle right in. We were so impressed that we extended our trip and had the pleasure of staying in Nicola's equally beautiful and impeccably clean barn next door. Though smaller, it was just as beautifully furnished and equipped with all necessities.
Just got home from a 5 night stay at Goshawk Barn and it was really lovely. Nicola was a great host, friendly communication and a lovely welcome when we arrived. The barn was everything it was described as and the hot tub really made the stay. The local beach (5 - 10 min walk) was really lovely and def worth a visit. Loved our first visit and would thoroughly recommend the barn and area.
Spent the Easter long weekend at Nicola's. The cottage is very spacious and immaculate. Nicola is very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the hot-tub and the big TV helped when the rain kept us at home. Absolutely recommended!
Goshawk Barn at Rookery Barns, was everything we hopped it would be and more. Immaculate accommodation with all the items you needed and more. rooms were spacious and well prepared, hot tub was excellent and BBQ facilities were great. Bathroom were large and plenty of hot water - location was perfect 3 good pubs within 5 - 30min walk beach 5 mins away . Probably the best accommodation all round that we have stayed in.
The barn was very well equipped, very clean and everything is really well maintained. We had a great stay and would highly recommend

In the countryside near the beach, short walk to a safe sandy beach, Pubs, Cafes, Fish & Chip shop, 2 local convenience shops. Easy walking in the area. The Norfolk Broads National Park starts a short drive away. Overlooking fields all around. Local roads mainly quiet lanes very little traffic.
There is parking at the barn. The nearest train station is in North Walsham. There is locally a coast hopper bus service that runs all along the Norfolk coast.
