We just had a fabulous stay consisting of 19 with adults and children for a family 40th Wedding Anniversary celebration. The place was very spacious and no one felt on top of each other. Lovely sized bedrooms and lounges. Both the front and back gardens were spacious and well kept. The toddlers had plenty of space to burn off their energy. Also plenty of parking for all our cars. Although the weather could've been a little kinder to us, we still managed to have a lovely walk along the beach which is only a couple of minutes from the rear of the building, and spent plenty of time in the gardens. Would return if having another family get together.

Fantastic house for a family 50th celebration ages ranging from 5 to 82 and suitable for all with a lounge and some bedrooms on the first floor. The location is fantastic with a 60-second walk to a fabulous sandy beach. We had a great weekend with lovely memories made to cherish. Very friendly host making checking in and out easy. Would recommend and we hope to visit again. Thank you Bob

Amazing place to stay! Long weekend with a big group of people and has everything you could need and more with easy access to beach, rooms are big and added bonus with the pool table and hot tub! Perfect to go with kids as well. 5 star host!

Beautiful house, in a great location, that accommodated our family of 15 adults and 3 babies extremely well. Lots of space for everyone. Bob is an excellent host who responds straight away with any queries and Dawn is a brilliant caretaker who was there to welcome us and show us around and explain the house. Thanks for allowing us to have such a lovely family holiday.
