Great location! Close and easy access to Warrenton. Great spot for the four of us. Ample hang out space in living area and on the deck, and we really enjoyed star gazing at night from the deck. Comfortable beds! Plenty of parking and the house was stocked with anything we might need. Maybe we missed this in the original listing, but we didn’t know that there was an additional rental on the property and that someone would be staying there, so it freaked us out a little when we saw someone drive up and head into the barn, but figured it all out after we spoke with them and there were no issues with that.

We absolutely loved the house and location. Kathy was awesome about answering any questions. Property was beautiful, will stay again. There were four of us, plenty of space. After a long day of walking and shopping, we would sit out on the back patio . And admire the stars 🌟 so nice just to relax . So much laughter was left behind. Thank you Kathy ☺️

Fantastic stay! Super clean, everything we needed, great communication! Would absolutely stay here again! Perfect for my husband and I with our daughter and granddaughter. More than enough space to relax. Awesome deck! So close to Roundtop and all of the festivities! Thank you!

Our stay at Kathy's place was, simply, FABULOUS! Everything was perfect. From the immaculately clean house, to the amenities inside, to the advise on what to do, you could feel the love she puts into the property. Kathy and her husband will do their best to make you feel as in your own home. This is a hidden gem! One of our best experience using AirBnB, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Kathy is a wonderful hostess! I enjoy my stay here. I have rented her place twice. Everything is so clean and she’s easy to contact! Wonderful place and fabulous people to rent from.
