My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Sean's beautiful property! The property was convenient to downtown State College, yet located off the beaten path. We loved that hiking trails were right down the road. The house was gorgeous with plenty of space and had everything that we needed. Sean was a great host and very responsive. We look forward to returning to Mountain Orchard!

Sean was a great host. He was very friendly and accommodating. He made us feel comfortable and welcome. He checked in with us after the first day, which was a nice surprise. The house was very clean. The setting was beautiful. We loved hearing the running stream right behind the house. We are already thinking about our next stay at the house to see our son at Penn State and plan to take advantage of the hiking trail within walking distance of the house.

Sean was a great host.very responsive. house is beautiful, very private and was nice sitting out back and hearing the water from the stream. less then 10 minute ride to campus and close to stores. looks like the house is still being updated in places so will only get nicer. will rebook in the future . thanks again
