A family friendly Victorian holiday residence, just metres from the beach. Four bedrooms on the first floor along with a large family bathroom. One extra large bedroom, has a super king bed, a corner sofabed and toddler bed, making it perfect for a family room. A second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds, with an optional trundle single bed that can be used to make it a triple room. The final bedroom has a single bed. Downstairs, there is a large kitchen/breakfast room and a large living room with a dining table, sitting up to 10 guests. The dining tabke converts into a pool/air hockey/ping pong table for entertainment. Two smart TVs are available downstairs, with each providing streaming services (guests will require own login details). Also downstairs there is a toilet and utility room/office with desk, washing machine and freezer if needed. Externally there are three enclosed terraces to the front, rear and side of the property allowing for barbecues.

A lovely get away with the parents and our adult children for a long weekend. Just a cross over the road and your on the beach. The house is lovely and pool and air hockey was the entertainment we needed for our 18 - 22 year olds. We brought our 2 doggies along and the dog beach was only a short 5/10 mins away. Don’t make the mistake we did of not realising there was a pizza stone for the bbq that is available for use! Saturday pizza night would have been much nicer on the bbq!! A beautiful house, full of entertainment, including a book shelf full of games and books! We would definitely stay again!!

My family and I stayed at Heather’s house to be near family who live in the area. We found it spacious, cosy, well-equipped and so peaceful. Everyone slept so well in the comfortable beds and we had a great time cooking in the lovely kitchen. There was space for games and the wood burner made things extra cosy after cold walks on the beach. Also: the house is HUGE - bigger than we were expecting, so plenty of space for all of us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thanks Heather, we will be back!
Stayed over Christmas 2023. Lovely cosy house which ideally sleeps max of 8 due to limited seating in living room. Kitchen very well equipped (we cooked a Christmas dinner!) Multi use play table was a huge hit with the kids (table tennis, air hockey, shuffle board, pool etc). Location was fantastic for walks along the beach as just across the road and within half an hour of Louth (lovely old style cinema there) and Skegness for all sorts! In the village is a Spar, Co-op, hardware store (for logs etc) and a couple of pubs. House was very clean and beds comfy. The bath was fantastic (big stand alone bath) and separate shower. The log fire was a lovely addition to keep the living room cosy in an evening but central heating was very good too. For bigger families the main bedroom has a smart tv so kids could watch movies sat on the sofa bed whilst adults chilled downstairs! A great week thanks

The beach is only 30-40 metres away and is found by crossing the road, walking down a short alley and up stairs to the beach. Alternatively, a 100 metre walk along the road will take you to the ramp access to the beach and the public paddling pool which is ideal for young children and free to use during high season.
