虽然入住时碰到了一些问题，房东很快速的回复都帮我们一一解答了。非常好的房东，房子也很新设施齐全，卧室温馨舒适。旁边就是海边，早晨附近逛逛跑步很舒服，非常值得推荐的民宿。最后，需要做饭的房客还是需要自备一些调料的（如盐）。

We really enjoyed our stay at Promenade 4 this week. The location was awesome, and we were impressed by the apartment. The decor was great without being too busy, and the furniture and furnishings were all good quality and well-maintained. One of the gate/garage remotes wasn't working when we arrived, but Jackie dropped off another remote as soon as she could, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place. The upstairs balcony overlooks the marina, so there's always plenty to see, with plenty of boat traffic at the boat ramp. There are multiple nice beaches within walking distance. Coles, HJs, Zambreros are very close, and there are plenty of other restaurants, cafes and shops within a short walk.

A wonderful place to stay in Geraldton. Very well setup and comfortable. Thoughtful host who stocked the fridge. Close to the foreshore. Communication was excellent.

It’s an awesome place I spent for three nights here. The house is spacious with clean kitchen and comfortable bed. Parking is available with a secure garage door, but be more careful with the large car. Jackie is very responsive and supportive, highly recommended to visit here.

It’s always the little things that stand out! From a basket of plush beach towels to a wonderful range of shampoo and conditioners, body wash and body lotion. Fresh milk and juice in the fridge and delicious coffee ready to ho at the push of a button . The location is amazing, overlooking the Marina and close walking distance to all the great things to do and see in the beautiful seaside city of Geraldton. ❤️
