Our favorite place in Matera! It was our third visit but our first time staying at this gorgeous and lovely restored apartment! We had a lovely stay at their apartment; as it felt like home away from home. We loved using the fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and enjoying the amazing natural lights filtering through every day- waking up to the view of Matera was a delight and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful and great shower pressure. Silvia was an amazing communicator and always responded quickly when we had questions and we enjoyed meeting her very much. Great location and we can’t wait to return. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Emanuele nous a référé à sa conjointe Silvia qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Elle a pris tout le temps nécessaire pour nous expliquer les différentes commodités de l’appartement. Silvia répond rapidement si nous avons des questions. Elle nous a d’ailleurs aidé à trouver un transport pour nous rendre à Bari le jour de La Toussaint qui est un jour férié en Italie, alors que les trains ne fonctionnaient pas pendant ce congé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’aide de Silvia. La literie est très confortable et la cuisine est bien équipée. L’appartement se trouve dans un édifice sécuritaire et très bien situé. On peut rejoindre les sassi ( vieille ville) en moins de dix minutes. La localisation de cet appartement est idéale pour visiter la ville et se rendre dans les endroits animés pour l’apéro et pour les restaurants. Nous recommandons ce très bel appartement sans aucune réserve. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à cet endroit.

Very hands on host. He was available to pick us up from the bus and walk us through the apartment, then he arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us back for the bus back to Bari. Gave us a great list of restaurants and things to do, specifically about the Sassi. The apartment is very nice and a very modern renovation, with an amazing comfy bed and gorgeous bed linens. Very large patio with nice plants and an umbrella table, was also great for drying our wash. Two bedrooms and two full baths meant that my wife and I didn’t have to share, and I had a place to put my clothes and dress separately, and since there is no living room, a nice area to sit and read in a comfy chair while my wife slept late. Beautiful kitchen that would have been great to cook in, had we needed it. Such a great location for the historic center and the Sassi, as well as nice places to grab food for dining in and for breakfast. Very pleasant atmosphere for this point in our journey!
