Wonderful host who is extremely helpful and communicative. Tudor help me with a parking space in town and brought me and my family down to the house himself. He is very knowledgeable of the city and super accommodating. You cannot find a better rental home in the Sassi than this one! 4 bedrooms all totally unique, lots of natural light, an amazing true “cave” bedroom on the lower level, & a very cool comfortable loft bedroom on the 3rd floor! All the modern amenities you need, bathrooms are spotless, and the kitchen worked perfect for us. Stocked with everything you need. Most of the other homes in the area are one level and do not have a terrace or a courtyard, but this place has both!

If this house is available - book it! Tudor was the most hospitable host we’ve ever had! He met us outside of the ZTL, held a parking spot for us, and drove us to the house. Once inside, Tudor gave us a history of the home. He checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything, arranged dinners, and booked a fantastic tour guide. Now for the house! It is the best location and best view. We spent many hours on the terrace which is huge and a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The beds are comfortable and the soaking tub was enjoyed by all. The furnishings and art in the home are the icing on the cake. Staying in this home was a beautiful experience.
