Perfect location for our family of 10 & pups to stay for our daughter's graduation from Northern Michigan University. It's an easy drive to Marquette, which is a great town to explore! The property offered so many fun activities, we enjoyed the lake, yard games, bonfire, cards on the huge deck & cooking big meals on the very large grill! The lake is what you expect of a UP lake, we enjoyed the lakes pair of Loons & had an Eagle land on the boat house with his walleye breakfast! Only issue- those of us using Map Quest found the property without issue but those that used Google Maps had a hard time finding it. Thank you Jessamine & family for all of the friendly UP amenities, the house was perfectly stocked plus more than we expected! We will be back!

Comfortable house in a nice setting. Its nice they allowed dogs. Plenty of room for everyone in our party. Comfortable beds! Bring a headlamp for cooking, lights are dim in the kitchen. Maybe we missed a dimmer. Anyway nice gathering place in rural UP.

The refrigerator was gross with worms and old food. The place has great potential but overall lacks finished details and projects left undone or not finished correctly. There were a lot of unfinished handy man details that could be improved upon and a note that the radiator in the basement has a leak so, should not be turned on. The floor in the basement got flooded when we turned on the radiator. Finishing details like patching the walls and repainting the would make the place do much nicer. The location was nice, view was pretty, on the snowmobile trial, and lots of parking. House needs some love and care to make it a very nice place on the lake.

We really love the place. It’s by a lake and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
