We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this cabin! We were hoping for nice weather to take advantage of the hikes around the Upper Peninsula, but ended up spending a lot of time indoors due to the cold, wind, and some rain. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we had the most relaxing weekend reading books and watching movies in the coziest cabin overlooking the water! The deck was a beautiful place to sit when the wind subsided. We enjoyed every second of our trip here. The cabin is only 30 minutes from Marquette so we went into town each day to walk around and grab food. The location is perfect! Katie was super proactive and responsive to our questions and made sure the stay was perfect. We will be coming back for sure! Highly recommend!

We were looking for a up northern getaway to celebrate our engagement! We wanted more of relaxation & views and this place was so serene! Katie and Dion are great host we felt so peaceful at the cabin! The firewood overlooking the lake and good conversation was amazing The views of catching the eagles 🦅 were majestic even had a beaver do an evening swim! We will definitely be back to book again

What an absolutely fantastic experience! Katie was a gracious and hospitable host who set the tone for an exquisite experience. One of my life-long best friends and I booked this inviting property for a get away weekend. The cottage was beautiful! Inviting and serene, rustic touches with modern comforts… it’s located on a little peninsula so the views are breathtaking on both sides of the cottage! We enjoyed the fresh air from the deck, and we shared laughs near the fireplace in the evening. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The cottage was stylish and so very welcoming! I appreciated all of the thoughtful details that the host made sure to have on hand. Katie was an outstanding host! So positive, thoughtful, kind and communicative. She made us feel welcomed and we truly enjoyed the entire experience!!! I plan to return again soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay. Katie was an amazing host and her place was just what my wife and I needed to relax and reconnect. We even got to ice fish during our trip right outside the door. The cabin was cozy, clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. We will definitely visit again. We wished we could have stayed a couple more days.
