Excelente ubicación, el departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda. Cuéntan con varios ventiladores muy necesarios para la temporada de calor. Adriana y Diego son amables y atentos siempre están al pendiente de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar.

This is a nice place to stay if you have a short stay in Oaxaca, spacious and in a safe location right next to a Police station. That being said it was incredibly hot (even during the night) and the fans that we had set up just pushed around the hot air and we struggled to sleep. The apartment itself is a bit more rustic/basic than shown in the pictures, particularly the kitchen. The bathroom lacks any ventilation whatsoever with the exception of an internal window that opens into the living room. All in all, the apartment served its purpose of a short term stay however there are many things to be improved to ensure it matches what is portrayed in the pictures and in order to provide a comfortable stay.

Adriana and Diego were amazing hosts. My work dates changed so we had to shorten our trip and they refunded us for the days we would no longer be able to use even though the trip was nonrefundable. They also let us check in an hour early. The place was beautifully and practically furnished, including hats for the sun and umbrellas for rain. And when we asked for advice on booking a reliable and safe taxi service, they found a service and booked the taxi on our behalf. The place is right outside of the center of town and by a police station so we also felt safe! We could not recommend them more as hosts and would stay there again.

There is no AC and the place gets EXTREMELY hot between 6am-11pm. Water pressure is not great. Its clean and the host are super responsive but this was more rustic than anticipated. The pics dont show the age of the property. This is best for a super short stay

The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment was spacious and clean. The apartment seemed on the other side of town to the places I wanted to visit most (sites, tours, restaurants). But it was still very walkable (15mins). And I liked being beside the Plaza de la Danza where every night local people would practice dancing and rituals.
