Hermosa casa con una fantástica decoración dentro de la nueva comunidad Jardines de Mayakoba, ubicada a unos 15-20 minutos en coche del centro de Playa del Carmen. Esta linda y acogedora casa hospeda hasta a 6 personas y cuenta con dos baños y medio. El residencial es muy seguro y cuenta con alberca en el área común. Disfruta una increíble estancia en esta casa totalmente equipada. La propiedad se distribuye en dos niveles. Las tres habitaciones se encuentran en la planta alta, incluyendo la habitación principal que cuenta una cama king-size y con su propio baño completo. La habitación secundaria cuenta con una cama king-size y la tercera habitación cuenta con una cama individual y una cama canguro. Estas habitaciones comparten un baño completo. En la planta baja se encuentra la cocina equipada, la sala, el comedor y un pequeño patio ideal para sentarse a relajar y disfrutar del aire fresco. La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios esenciales para cocinar, así como una vajilla completa para 6 personas. Los huéspedes gozarán de internet gratis, acceso a la alberca ubicada en el área común así como a la casa entera. Esta hermosa casa se encuentra en la nueva comunidad Jardines de Mayakoba, ubicada aproximadamente a 15-20 minutos del centro de Playa del Carmen. La hermosa Quinta Avenida se encuentra a la misma distancia, dependiendo la altura que desees visitar. Great communication with the host and was able to get situated at the very last minute, and the place is clean and beautiful.

The apartment is clean but unfortunately not family friendly, not for younger kids anyway. The stairs up don’t have a stair railing and our baby fell from the stairs the first day. The bedrooms is on the higher floor so you need to carry all the luggage upstairs. When we arrived to the apartment I told Rene that this might be a problem. We had to check out day two as we couldn’t risk that our baby would fall again because we couldn’t block the stairs more than with our own luggage. Before checking in I asked for a baby cot and also mentioned we had a small child. As we were on holiday I forgot to ask about the stair railing but now afterwards I hoped that the host would mention that maybe it’s a bit risky with such a small child. Also I’m responsible as I missed to ask the host about the stair railing. The communication and request to check out earlier was declined by the Alejandra first. I also wrote in the WhatsApp group and Alejandra wrote that the owner is very strict about cancellation policy and there was no solution for checking out earlier or to get a refund for remaining days. But after we contacted Airbnb with pictures and the bruises our child got from the fall, I believe David (maybe the owner?) accepted the refund and earlier checkout, and was flexible towards the end. I tried to call Alejandra many times and also wrote in the WhatsApp group and no one answered me when we said we wanted to check our earlier or wanted someone to call us back. I’m a super host myself and know how important it is to be flexible when situations like this occur. During the years we have hosted a lot of Airbnb Guest and I’m aware that things can happen. I hope the host will have that in mind for the future. The apartment however would be suitable for adults, couples and people who have a car as it’s located a bit from Central Playa Del Carmen.

Excelente casa, totalmente equipada, la ubicación muy buena si vas para salir d tour, la comunicación fue muy buena, necesitas carro de preferencia para moverte, la casa super limpia y cómoda, sin duda volveríamos...
