Nice cozy place in a beautiful neighborhood. Was a central location for our travel needs. Access to a Large beautiful swimming pool for the local residents.

The inside of the place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Few concerns... I didn't receive check in instructions until I asked for them 1 hr before check in. This is not a duplex, its the back half of the house and you have to use the sliding glass doors to get in. It's a long walk around the house to the back from the street parking. Walls are thin so you hear the other half of the house and you smell everything they cook. Biggest concern was there is no thermostat to control the temp. You have to request adjustments to be made by the host. Not ideal in Florida. Overall the space was nice just not what I expected.
