Beautifully designed house outfitted to a high standard. The views are stunning and Nelson is a very livable little town with many great restaurants.

A stunning space -- a modern setup and truly magnificent views. Communication was clear and fast, and our stay was very comfortable. The very steep driveway led us to often just park on the road, but overall the amenities were excellent. Recommended!

We had a fantastic stay and this is a more than 5-star experience for us. The house is grand, clean, well designed and decorated. And the VIEW! We couldn’t get enough of it. The bed is comfortable and the shower is amazing too! The kitchen is well stocked, we didn’t find microwave however but it wasn’t an issue for us. Beau and Janet are super responsive and thoughtful to accommodate us. Other than the place, Nelson is a charming little town, this is our first time here and we love the vibe. This is the exact getaway we are looking for and Mountain Haus delivered!

Having similar houses ourselves our expectations are always high and seldom met, however this property did not disappoint , A stunning designer influenced retreat with extensive views from its hillside location , exceptionally stylish and uniquely furnished property with hand made wood and steel elements , (as an engineer I appreciate the details ) the kitchen / lounge area are simply outstanding , Upper Master bed 1 again exceptional with high end en-suite , Bed 2 smaller with no storage and a small bathroom accessed only by crossing the main entrance corridor compromising privacy which may be an issue to some guests . . In conclusion this property is as good as ABB gets especially for a couple plus 2 children , however if 2 couples are renting beware as one may be a little disappointed with their bedroom facilities . Driveway is a little challenging but parking is available on the street below , all in all very highly recommended .
