Elegant and finely furnished apartment in the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. In a few minutes on foot you can reach all the main attractions of Rome (Trastevere, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Vatican etc.) The area is very characteristic with alleys, restaurants, street artists and is well connected with several bus lines and metro near the house that allow you to move comfortably both on foot and using public transport. The apartment consists of a living area with comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with normal oven, microwave and Nespresso machine, a bathroom with shower, another bathroom with tub, 2 double bedrooms. In the house there is a very fast WIFI internet connection (fiber optic), double glazing in the windows for greater acoustic insulation, air conditioning and independent heating.

Excelente departamento, muy moderno y adecuado con la descripción. Además tiene una buena ubicación para moverse por la ciudad de Roma.
Good location. Main city. Almost all main attractions are within walking distance. Groceries and restaurants are nearby. The accommodation can accommodate 6 persons, with the sofa converting to a queen-size bed that can accommodate 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with almost all necessary utensils. It's a good accommodation for two families. We were able to check in 3 hours early, which was great. Overall, excellent accommodation with all sights within walking distance, worth the money.
Marco ha sido muy amable al dejarnos entrar en el apartamento antes de las 15 horas para dejar las maletas, siendo el check in a esa hora. la atención ha sido correcta pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear, la señora de la limpieza vino justo antes de que llegásemos y la casa estaba muy sucia. Da la sensación de que lleva mucho tiempo sin limpiarse o pintarse la casa. la ubicación perfecta.
Appartement bien décoré et très bien situé , les principaux sites à visiter sont accessibles à pieds depuis l’appartement. Par contre les draps n’étaient pas tous propres et les murs étaient un peu sales. c’est dommage ! Sinon tout aurait été parfait !
This is a clean apartment with a great location - The metro is close by, the main shopping streets and Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps are all easily walkable. For the other tourist sites you can easily grab an e-scooter or public transport from outside. The check in was smooth and the place itself is clean and has all amenities. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The sofa bed is a good size for two people. The baths were clean and spacious however the shower pressure was a bit low sometimes so we were only able to use one shower at a time. Downstairs there are numerous restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy and all kinds of shops. As it’s a busy street it can get a little noisy at night but that comes with the central location. The kitchen and dining area were a bit on the smaller side and the TVs only have Italian channels but overall we had a comfortable stay and the location itself makes this place a great choice. Very friendly and responsive host.

PIAZZA DEL POPOLO
The square is a marvel of perspective.
The Trident starts here and, if you stand in front of Via del Corso, you can spot the Vittoriano in the distance.
The square is dominated by the beautiful Fontana dei Leoni and by Santa Maria del Popolo, one of the most beautiful churches in Rome, as well as by the Basilica of Santa Maria in Montesanto, known as the Church of the Artists.
VIA MARGUTTA
We begin to discover the Trident from Via del Babuino, where one of the most beautiful alleys of the Eternal City is hidden.
We are talking about Via Margutta.
There is little to say: this is one of Rome's hidden secrets.
Spend a few minutes exploring the street, at the Fontana delle Arti and the commemorative plaque of Federico Fellini, who lived and died here, then return to Via del Babuino.
PIAZZA DI SPAGNA
Continuing on Via del Babbuino we arrive at Piazza di Spagna, another Baroque jewel of Rome.
The square owes its name thanks to the building that houses the Spanish embassy to the Holy See.
Piazza di Spagna deserves a long stop; only in this way will you be able to fully enjoy this spectacular square.
You cannot help but notice two of the symbols of the square: the Barcaccia and the stairway of Trinità dei Monti.
TRINITY OF THE MOUNTAINS
Just beyond the Barcaccia is the Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti (recently restored).
Go up all the steps one by one without thinking twice; once at the top let yourself be enchanted by the panorama.
Among the pastel-colored houses you can see the domes of the main churches in the historic center of Rome.

VIA CONDUCTS
Go down the staircase, pass the Barcaccia and venture into via Condotti, the street of the big names and luxury shopping in the capital.
There are many brands that you will meet here: Dior, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Bulgari and so on and so forth…
Of all the commercial activities that can be found along this fascinating street, the one I prefer is the Antico Caffè Greco, where you can drink perhaps the best coffee in Rome since 1760.
Just think that Buffalo Bill, Sitting Bull, Orson Welles, James Joyce and Mark Twain have had coffee here…
MAUSOLEUM OF AUGUSTUS AND ARA PACIS
After the coffee break, he starts walking again.
We pass one by one the stupendous shop windows of Via Condotti and return to Via del Corso.
To our right we can see a not distant Piazza del Popolo, while on the left Piazza Venezia becomes clearer.
Let's head towards Piazza del Popolo and go back to our starting point for just about a hundred metres; in fact, we immediately turn into Via dei Pontefici to find ourselves in the middle of Piazza Augusto Imperatore.
In the middle of the square is the Mausoleum which once housed the remains of the first Roman emperor.
Today the monument does not really look inviting: after centuries of looting and neglect, the tomb of the great emperor is in an unworthy state.
However, important projects foresee a new opening to the public in the coming years. Behind it is the Ara Pacis, the altar that Augustus gave to the Roman people to celebrate the peace and prosperity that Rome experienced under the guidance of Octavian himself.
TREVI FOUNTAIN
800 meters from Piazza Augusto Imperatore is the most famous fountain in the world: TREVI FOUNTAIN
The Roman Baroque masterpiece was conceived with a view to restoring the Virgin Aqueduct in 1732.
Today the fountain is visited by millions of tourists a year who drop large quantities of coins into its waters, which are then collected to finance various charities that
operate in the capital.
