Private condominium, located in one of the best and new zones in Cancun. Fully furnished and equipped. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, AC, kitchen appliances and cookware, and reserved 2 parking spots. Beautiful landscape areas and private big pool with tables, chairs and outdoor showers. Play zone for kids. Markets, shopping centers, restaurants, and more around the area, within 3 to 5 minutes. 20 minutes from hotel zone, and 15 minutes from Cancun airport. Very cozy condominium, perfect for families and groups. 1 king size bed, 1 queen size, and 1 double sofa-bed. Master bedroom has it's own bath and closet. Also there is a small balcony/terrace where you could enjoy the view or rest and relax.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Durch die Gated Community haben wir uns auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Lediglich die Küche war etwas spartanisch ausgestattet. Würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
Nice place to stay in. Has a convenience store right outside the complex. It was a hassle trying to get in and out because of language barrier but nothing major.

War super. Leider keine Klimaanlage im kleinen Zimmer und keine abdunkelnden Rollos.
This was a great place but if you don’t rent a car you will be spending a lot of money of Ubers and taxis ! Taxis try to up the price just because you are not from there county ! The place also had a smell to it everyday , if i didn’t bring some spray we would’ve been stuck with that smell ! Over than that it was a 8/10 !
