I would have given Humberto a five star review across the board, but unfortunately my friend and I were accused of ruining a pot which we didn’t do. He is asking us for $30 to replace a one quart pot. The case is still pending through the air bnb support center. For all future renters, beware.

It was a nice day for my friend and I. We accidentally knocked on the neighbors door, but he directed us to the correct address. There is an attic and a basement that we did not know was in the apartment, but we do not have access to it and that is OK. It was very clean. We had to hunt around for garbage bags to go inside of the bins and we found some hair on some of the bedsheets, but other than that, it was very clean and quiet. We did not know how to get to the garage by car but we parked on the street no problem. Master bedroom TV has a small issue, it keeps restarting whenever you watching a show so we just watch TV in the smaller bedroom instead

This is an excellent house, no complaints at all. It took me a minute to figure out how to get the garage door up but that was more me (since I'm a country girl that doesn't have a garage) you have to have both light switches beside the door on. The garage was very convenient for parking. Love how the one set of keys works on all the doors. I love the retro orange in the kitchen!!! The house was very clean and had a lot of extras, like area attractions pampletes, pens, paper for notes, and even a nice tea service. Humberto's email for entry was very informative and detailed, with pictures showing where everything was. Location was perfect and it was a very quiet neighborhood, I saw nothing going on that I was in the least leery of. Thanks for a great stay at the Falls, we really enjoyed it!

Nice little house. Cozy feel, classy decor, comfy beds, HVAC worked great, felt at home right away. Quiet block, close to everything, garage parking was clutch. We unfortunately arrived to a partially flooded basement, toilet that didn't flush properly (related to basement issues), chirping smoke alarm (low battery), and powered garage door that didn't work so had to be opened manually. Was unable to reach host in a timely fashion first night even though he had been extremely responsive previously. We took battery out of alarm and had to just hope the house wouldn't burn down, and flushed toilet as infrequently as we dared. Basement/toilet issues fixed next day, but communication was lacking (two women traveling alone don't want a stranger showing up on their doorstep at a random time). Once these issues were fixed, however, we had a wonderful time and zero further issues. It definitely wasn't a flawless stay, but it all worked out in the end, and I would definitely rent here again.
