Overall the house was in great surrounding, beautiful and peaceful. Communication with the owner was easy, no any problems, however I fill it was unfair to pay for cleaning fee and walk in to a very dusty house. I dropped something from my hand, bend to pick it up and under the bed was super dirty and we were breathing that dust for those days being there. At the firs day we walked in and we had to do laundry, wash all linen before to go to bed since there was no any extra linen to use and the beds were dirty. One of the folding sofas (in the living room) was broken. My family member's whole body was sour after sleeping in that bed. Also the backyard was not very clean and neat. We wanted to spend some time in there but it was very dirty so we used only front porch. If those few things will be fixed this will be a great place to go back and spend memorable time with family and friends. Despite of all issues I still would like to thank the owner for the place and great memories. TY

Would love to stay again! Wonderful place very peaceful and quite. Golf course, tennis courts, community pool walking distance. Small town also walking distance with a small market, cafes, restaurants, and a small jungle gym for the kids. 10/10 😄

My family and I have been to Jame’s cabin in the past and enjoyed our stayed two years ago and wanted to come back. This year James was difficult to communicate with at first and that’s when I suggested we switch to text messaging. Once we did that the communication went smoothly. The location is great but we had a few issues. None of the remotes in the living room had batteries, so none of them worked. Also, there was some dirt on the living room floor.  The barbecue had four tanks of gas but they were all empty. So we went to the grocery store to buy more propane gas, but even then the flame was not working properly and we could not use it. We suggest bringing your own pillows as the ones they provide were not comfortable for any of us. Pine Mountain Club is a great area and we got some excellent snow play, so in terms of location it is absolutely wonderful. James suggested two great spots for sledding.
