We stayed here for 7 days over Christmas. The home was nicely decorated with a Christmas tree for us which was a very nice surprise. This is a small cabin with a large master bedroom. There is a loft with two beds where the kiddos slept. All the beds were firm, too firm for me ( back started to hurt after a couple of nights). We arrived after heavy rains, so the creek was flowing pretty rapidly. The area is quiet. I wish there were more grass for the dogs, but we made it work. Unfortunately something died either under the cabin or in the walls and there was a strong odor of decomposition the entire time we were there. The couch is only big enough for two. There is only one TV, and is hard to hear each time the heater kicked on. The water pressure was very weak. All in all it was ok.

We were working nearby and chose this place to stay during 7 days we were there. The house was so cute and comfortable. Diane was just a pleasure and took care of all our needs. Do not hesitate to stay at this facility.

Diana was extremely good about communicating. This is the perfect place for a family to have a get away. Kids would love the creek and quietness of it all. As a Mainer I would call this a camp or cabin not a cottage. Dianna has tastefully decorated it . She added nice touches like the coffee bar area and amenities and the s’more makings.Towels and linens were very clean and neat. It was difficult for my mil who is in her late 80’s to get around as the floors had varying levels. But though small there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. It looks like some upkeep and maintenance is being done as workers were there when we arrived and everything was unlocked. We had trouble with the key code door- Diana was very responsive and helpful in taking care of that. There was a fairly strong fuel type smell which we though may have been the result of work possibly on the furnace that day however it did not dissipate as we would have expected during our stay.
