Appartement idéalement placé dans le centre de Londres. On ne peut pas espérer mieux à Londres comme emplacement! Nous étions 5 avec 3 enfants en bas âge, tout s’est bien passé. Arrivée autonome et Instructions d’accès très claires.

Well located flat in London. Groceries and stret food market nearby. Not too far from underground station. Would definitely stay here again.

Buena ubicación, los colchones de muelles algo incómodos. Faltaba enchufe en el baño para usar secador de pelo. Zona tranquila.

The location is great. Close to Victoria Station, walkable to Buckingham Palace and other fun spots. Beds were comfortable and clean. Grocery store not too far off. It was wonderful to be able to drop our luggage off early before check-in, as we had just come from another nearby Airbnb. William was great at communicating when we had issues. The inside of apartment is noticeably old. The carpet is a bit flat and dusty, the television is dated (no smart features like apps, Netflix, etc.) and seemed to only have an antennae. Certain wall fixtures / switches weren't properly attached. The electricity cut off every time we used the (very old) oven. Hot water didn't last too long — at least, not for a family with three small children. The hot water pot was overrun with mineral buildup and unusable. Overall, I would definitely stay again in a pinch. Could definitely use some updating, but it suited us for what we needed it for (escaping a previous listing).
