Angela was fantastic at communicating from the start. She was beyond accommodating, welcoming us into her place with warmth and assuring our comfort was her top priority during our stay. We had a few hiccups on our end, and she was gracious and patient throughout. Her place is perfectly situated and was beyond what we imagined when we booked it. The location is perfectly situated for walks to the local gardens (which we was kind enough to help us with), along the water and to downtown. We were in town visiting family, and brought my parents and 19 month old son. Angela's house was large enough to accommodate us all, and our varying activities from kid play to adults reading. The backyard, with lots of patio and table space also allowed us to enjoy the April evenings. We will stay here again (if Angela will have us!!!)

Angela's place is a lovely older Sarasota home which we chose primarily for location. It is in the center, accessible to everything, very close to Selby Gardens and walking distance to shops and water. Even though it is near Mound Street, it was quiet at night and we slept well. It was spacious for 5 people with 3.5 bathrooms and 4 beds. The beds were very comfortable. I slept extremely well on the king bed downstairs, much better than I would in a hotel. The living room, TV room, dining room, and kitchen are all large. There is also a wonderful patio and garden in the back. The wifi and the AC both worked well, and the hot water was hot. Angela met us on arrival. She was friendly and helpful and gave us some great recommendations. During our stay, she was immediately responsive to our questions. We look forward to staying here again on a future visit to Sarasota.

This home is Sarasota was lovely and welcoming! The gardens in the front and backyards were absolutely beautiful! The living area was spacious and included an extra side sitting room that was perfect for conversations and/or television watching. The kitchen was well appointed and had most of the supplies necessary for breakfast, lunch and a simple dinner. The dining room had a large table with plenty of space for a family meal. The outdoor patio was a wonderful space to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine! The home also comes with beach towels which was a major plus! The home was about a block of the main route in Sarasota and was a short walk to shops and restaurants off of Orange Ave (about a 10-minute drive to the Ringling Bridge) and to Selby Gardens. Of note, there is an apartment attached to the home so you might notice others on the property and parked on the driveway pad (just so you are aware if you see other people or cars that are not with your party!)
