This house is just like the pictures. Everything was clean and spacious. The outdoor kitchen area was a huge plus! Adam is always proactive and responsive. This was our second year renting from him and we’ll definitely be back again!

Adam's property was fabulous. The location was very close to Downtown Sarasota (like a mile) and proximal to lots of great golf :-). The home was exactly as represented... well furnished, well stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard/pool/ outdoor kitchen, and in a very safe/ comfortable neighbourhood. We had a small issue (haha) where the backyard neighbour's 12 year old child chipped a golf ball into the patio door, shattering it into pieces, while we were not at home... on Thanksgiving eve. Adam was amazing... he left his family dinner to come clean things up before we returned home... and arranged for a company to replace the glass the following day...on Thanksgiving Day... most impressive!! Again, beautiful property, great location, and responsive host.

Adam was such a wonderful host! The booklet with recommendations and instructions was perfect. Wish more hosts would include that! The home is exactly as described and has so many nice touches to feel more like home. It was so hard to leave but we look forward to coming back and hope to stay here again!
