Nela was a great host and quick to answer any questions we had. Instructions were clear and check-in was easy. He gave recommendations for transportation from and to the airport. FYI Alex and Danny were great for pickup and drop off at the airport. They are on site at the convenience store/ restaurant on site. Very clean condo. Nela provided us with a cooler upon our request. All amenities worked great. As commented the TV is huge and great! The views of the sea are amazing from the kitchen and breathtaking sunsets from the bedroom! Cooking is easy and has all the basics you need. We used public transportation (colletivo) all week to roam around and do our groceries at Soriana and Chedraoui (reusable grocery bag available in the condo). Bus stop is right in front! Also, wifi worked great. Security staff on site was awesome and friendly! Site itself I very clean and well maintained. Beach has seaweed but the water was beautiful. We strongly recommend and would go back anytime!

I would happily stay at Nelas place again. Beautiful cozy home, smart TV, HUGE king size bed which was very comfy, an incredibly well stocked kitchen with multiple free items included which was a nice touch. Nela was east to get ahold of whenever needed! Extremely convenient and safe location far enough away from the crazy nightclubs etc to feel safer and quieter, yet close enough to main hotel zone to be very accessible . I’d recommend using the bus system for everything in the hotel zone. Buses come like every 60 seconds and at 12 Pesos per ride it’s a no brainer for cost savings. Super simple to navigate too. Thank you Nela for a great stay!

Nela is super friendly! She was on vacation and made it possible for us to stay at her place even though she just came back. Her place is really clean and specious. The kitchen has everything you need and is of high quality. You can easily cook there. There was a variety of spices and access to drinkable water. Beach towels are available and if you have any questions or problems, Nela answers quickly and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place with a fantastic view to both, the ocean and the lake.

It was just like what was advertised. Loved the responsiveness, location and peacefulness. I would highly recommend it!
