Our stay here was great! We stayed for only one night, but finding the place was easy and Angel helped us every step of the way. We were able to coordinate a shuttle for an affordable price and Angel helped us to find our driver. Angel helped us find assistance with check-in as well. The room was right on the pool terrace and steps aways from the beach. This was a private condo in a hotel. We were able to use the hotel accomodations like the pool, beach, and restaurant. The breakfast at the restaurant was great. Angel also offered tons of recommendations upon request for lunch, dinner and coffee, all of which were great. It was a great and easy stay for us for the night. Thanks again!

This place was great, exactly as shown in the pictures. Angel was a super host who attended us well and answered all our queries. He was always responsive and accomodating. The view from the room was breath taking! The pool and the pool bar are amazing. The in-house restaurant has good food. Oxxo is very near at about 3 min walking distance, and public transport/uber is available right at the exit. The place is great for kids as well as there were life jacket, snorkeling equipment, beach ball, board games, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to go back!

Wasn’t able to put everything I wanted to in this little box. So the short of it; Pros : Angel was very responsive and very accommodating. The studio itself, very beautiful. Cons: co host victor was rude when he realized he put us in the wrong studio. We paid for the big veranda ocean view. He had us in a smaller and very obstruced view. We moved rooms. Put our stuff in the safe and then The safe wouldn’t open. So we were stuck in the room for a couple hours waiting to get our wallets to go out for dinner. We had to do our own laundry because no one brought us towels or sheets. And they tell you if you “stain” towels there’s a charge from over use of the towels. It’s hard when no one is bringing fresh towels and sheet. The hotel staff are very rude at the front desk. I don’t know hoe much money we spent at their bar and breakfast and laundry. They couldn’t put our luggage behind the desk for an hour while we made our transfer plans back to the airpor. More to say but won’t let
