This place has many pros and very little cons however there are limitations to being at this location. If you are looking for serenity and a peaceful environment this is the place. Quiet, clean and the views are spectacular. Sitting out on the deck is pure relaxation and the view is fabulous. The unit is very clean and fully stocked....everything is there and ready to use. Cons: The beach area is not pleasant and you will need a vehicle for this location. There is really nothing around for a few km's. Luckily you can drive to everything. 18 minutes to Costco. 5 minutes to an amazing beach called Playa Delfines and another 10 minutes to all of the hotels. It was a great starting point to our vacation as we wanted to get settled in quickly and start exploring Cancun and the area. This location is perfect for spending the days wandering the surrounding area and then having a relaxing night by the pool or on the balcony. Highly recommend if you want to move at your own pace.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The host was extremely responsive and helpful and security was very kind and available 24/7. The view is spectacular and there was plenty of space for our family of 7. The pool was never crowded. Some things to note: the location is not near many restaurants or other activities. Uber is not as easily accessible as we expected so we opted into a rental car (highly recommended!). The host can put you in contact with someone that can assist in arranging activities and transportation to/from airport. Otherwise, we recommend this apartment to anyone considering a quiet stay. We escaped the resort style vacation and did not regret it.

Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en departamentos de Dan. Estamos muy contentos. Todo está tal cual se anuncia. Todo impecable. Siempre estuvieron en contacto y súper pendientes. En verdad lo recomendamos. Gracias por hacer esta semana algo inolvidable!
