The home and the hosts are top-notch. This is a fascinating property with many unexpected amenities. It is a perfect location to meet for a family reunion or to explore the area. This home offers a quaint, small town feel but you will want for nothing . . . except a little more time. The host was attentive, thorough, and responsive. I recommend this property without any hesitation.

Somehow this place ended up being better than expected, & we had high hopes. The property is perfectly manicured & includes a private pond, basketball court, & several swings. The serenity this home offers was just what we were looking for. Joe unsold & over delivered! He was super pleasant to work with & is a complete pro. Cannot recommend this home enough!

Beautiful summer retreat in the countryside. Gorgeous trees on idyllic grounds. Favorite spaces included the large deck and the swings. Well- renovated and historic family home with ample space, custom touches and quality finishes. Lots of family pictures, but knew about that based on the previous reviews. Our friends complimented the special site for a perfect summer weekend away.

This home was really beautiful and set on a quiet and peaceful piece of land. We comfortably had 11 adults and one toddler. The front porch and indoor sun porch were especially nice gathering places during the day, and the downstairs entertainment room and kitchen were both great at night. We took family photos one morning and the light and setting were great for that. Thanks Joe!
