This flat is in a fabulous location in London! Just about a 10 minute walk to the Paddington station, where you can get to anywhere in central London easily. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens. Excellent communication from the host Ery prior to arrival (lots of info) and when we had an issue with the hot water, he was on fixing it immediately. Loved the keyless entry, and it felt safe. I do travel and use Airbnb a lot, and although this may not be important to others, I am very particular about the accuracy of the description and photos of the space. While the space was comfortable (bed, pullout couch, shower, etc), many of the items in the listing photos, that would make this a much cozier place, were not in the flat (area rug, decorative items, faux plants, throw blankets, salt and pepper shakers, etc). We spent almost no time in the flat (except to sleep) so not a deal breaker, but under other circumstances, and to others, I note it.
