Carol was great with communication during our stay. The room was accommodating with a first aid kit, toilet trees, tea, coffee, all of the kitchen utilities you can think of and even some mosquito repellent for outside! She really thought of everything! The garden in her backyard is a piece of paradise. She really made this place special for visitors. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my stay at Carol's place. It was just as described, clean, comfortable, with every need anticipated, providing many extra amenities to accommodate travelers. Carol was a responsive communicator, quick to reply. I loved the private, enclosed garden patio area, with table, grill and outdoor shower--great for rinsing off a day at the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable, with views of the bay just a couple blocks away, beaches and other things to do an easy drive. Quite close to the airport.
