We loved this spot to stay for our Wilmington wedding weekend. Beach views from many room (literally so close) and still not too far from downtown for our party. Owners were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

As they say location, location, location….this was a perfect location! Steps from the beach for morning coffee and a beautiful sunrise. So many additional perks came with this rental, boogie boards, beach chairs, bikes. The condo had a great kitchen and lots of space to enjoy in all three levels. Would highly recommend it.

We loved this place! Truly steps from the beach and equipped with everything imaginable - well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, games, the unique basement layout and so much more! The double porches were a bonus. And if you love throwback video games, be prepared to return to the 80s arcade with the video table - so much fun! We were on the beach for sunrise and then canal side for sunset. A fantastic home we are going to return to in the future!

Great location! The place also had a bunch stuff for the beach, which saved us from having to rent items.

The amenities in this house are top knock! Kitchen stocked well, so perfect if you like to cook. Location is absolutely perfect. I want to note that the beds are soft and springy. If you like harder beds, these may not be so comfortable for you.
