Nice condo at first glance, but then many problems appear The access card is only 1, so when you're 2, it's a disaster to get in & out of the condo. You always have to walk around in pairs, or have one go out and the other wait. The owner refuses to let you take a 2nd badge even though there were some available cause the apartment wasn't full... You have to download an app (smart lock) to enter the apartment & your room, so if you run out of battery (which happened to my husband) you're simply locked out of the apartment. There's no cleaning lady. We saw her once in the month, to clean a room for someone who'd left. Nobody cleaned the apartment, so my husband had to be the garbage man for all guests... (others guests let all their trash) Concerning the host: The assistance was certainly fast but inefficient (make nothing about the dirty guests). All in all, correct (cause many advantages of the condo), but still very expressive for the services provided by the host, i.e. not much.

Ich habe für 3 Monate in dem Appartment gewohnt. Die Anlage (Pool, Gym, ...) ist sehr gut. Die Umgebung war für mich in Ordnung. Es gab verschiedene Restaurants und auch einen Markt. Gut gefallen hat mir in der Wohnung: - Wasserfilter in der Küche - Kochutensilien waren vorhanden - Balkon mit Waschmaschine - eigenes Badezimmer Nicht gefallen hat mir: - das Badezimmer war etwas schimmlig und hat immer muffig gerochen - die Dusche flutet das Bad - beim Checkin hat der Schlüssel für die Grill Door gefehlt...Ich konnte nicht rein, bis jemand von innen aufgemacht hat - in der letzten Woche gab es massive WLAN Probleme und ich musste mich selber drum kümmern. Vom Management gab es nicht wirklich Hilfe. Grundsätzlich war die Kommunikation aber immer gut und ich habe auf Anfrage z.B. ein Küchenhandtuch, ein neues Kissen usw. bekommen. Das was in der letzten Woche passiert ist, war vermutlich eine Ausnahme. Die Türen funktionieren mit einer App oder einem Code.
