Prior to check-in, Bryan contacted us to introduce himself and to provide us the address. He kindly arranged for our parking and also ensured that we were able to find his location (Google Maps was showing a different location). Despite our late check-in, Bryan was very thoughtful and didn't bother waiting up for us. He had drinking water and hairdryer ready upon our arrival. In the hot night, he kindly messaged us to keep the window slightly open to cool down the room. He also left us with a lot of personal space throughout our stay. Couldn't ask for more for such an affordable accommodation.

I did not see much of Bryan because he was out until late at night, but he kindly collected me from the airport on my arrival and arranged a taxi for my departure. His small apartment was very clean and tidy, and nicely decorated in tangerine and white, the colours of the football team I vaguely support - Blackpool! The small bedroom had a large, reasonably comfortable bed although I could feel the mattress springs. The room did not have aircon, just a ceiling fan, but opening the window kept it fairly cool. The airy sitting / eating / kitchen area had a fridge, double burner and kettle, but no microwave. A small supermarket was nearby and a large ‘Giant’ store about a 30 minute walk. Also 30 minutes away was a superb 10 lane, 50m covered swimming pool, which few locals seemed to use. Ensure you have Bryan’s full address and correct phone number, and note that Google Maps gives a location a long, long way from the actual site of the apartment.
