Create lasting memories w/ family & friends at this spectacular pet-friendly custom built 4BR, 3.5 BA two-sided lakefront cottage connected by a breathtaking breezeway w/ gated pool located on Lake Sinclair. Main home consists of 3BR, 2.5BA and across the breezeway is a 1 BR, 1 bath guest suite perfect for guests who need their own space. There is a detached structure w/ game room for family fun. Amenities include: Firepit, gazebo,pool, dock, game room, & large fenced yard. Perfect for retreats Fully stocked kitchen, a coffee bar, relaxing open living, dining, and kitchen with amazing views of the lake. The bedrooms have 1x king, 2x queen, 2x twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the upstairs family game/tv room. The breezeway overlooks the lake with plenty of space for the family to enjoy. It also includes a pool (open seasonally) that is behind a gate for safety. The guest suite has its own living, dining, and kitchenette area that over looks the Lake and has a separate bedroom. Lastly, there is a separate game room for added enjoyment. The fully fenced backyard is an entertainers dream, with a Firepit, and a gazebo as you make you way out to the lake. *** POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON ***

We had an amazing time at Charleese's villa! The home was a beautiful, clean and peaceful. We created many memories this weekend, from enjoying a family style breakfast on the patio to catching large mouth bass at the lake and chatting it up with the neighbors. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay. This place is truly a getaway gem. Thank you so much Charleese for opening your home to us 💛

We really enjoyed our stay! The lake house is just as lovely as the pictures show. Charleese was very helpful when we had questions. We hope to come back again during warm weather so we can use the pool. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was amazing. It is so comfy, beautiful and perfectly set up. The view is wonderful. Lots of outdoor space for everyone. Perfect for our dog and grandkids. The guest suite was perfect for my husband and I, while kids and grandkids stayed in main house. Game room so perfect and fun everyone. This place is perfect for family gatherings. If you have a choice in this place I would definitely recommend it. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. We all LOVED it.
