Wifi provided and basic cable. Outside shower has hot and cold water that is perfect for an after beach shower. A pet is allowed with a $150 pet fee. Pet type must be approved prior to booking. Both the streetside deck and the oceanfront deck off the lower level have a gate to keep your dog secure.  Only 3 blocks from the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier and Freeman Park 4-Wheel Drive Area.  Parking for up to 3 cars.  Gas golf carts are permitted; however, it will count as a vehicle in the parking allowance.  No electric carts are permitted to be charged on site. Keurig available in each unit.  The upper level unit can be rented along with the lower unit for a discounted rate. Call for details. No Smoking Permitted.  Sheets and towels are NOT provided within the unit. The unit only provides mattress pads, pillows and comforters. If you prefer not to travel with linens, ask us about our linen rental service we have here at our office.
