I really enjoyed this stay, the house was very well kept and as described. Communication with the hosts was super easy. Definitely five stars. Something to note to future guests (and this has no bearing on the property itself!): there are not many restaurants anywhere close. It’s a little hike to the closest public beach access, but everything else is a good 10-15 mins drive away. It’s Florida, and no big deal, but the neighborhood is nice, but residential.

The listing was well located, with a 4-minute bike ride to the beach. The host provided enough bikes for the family. The highlight of our vacation was taking a bike ride every morning. The host provided beach and fishing equipment including a wagon to carry stuff around to any beach around the area. It was a very thoughtful setup designed to make any beach vacation successful. I would take this house in my back pocket for all my vacations in a heartbeat, if that was ever possible, and surely rebook this house next time I am in the area.
