Stopped here a few times now and an amazing place in a great location

Okay place to stay if you are looking for a quick crash after a night out but very dirty bathroom, bath and room was also quite dusty and sheets didn’t look fresh

I’ve booked with this place as it was Last minute at 1pm And they didn’t get back to Me as the reply timing is every 1 hour So I assumed I wouldn’t have place To stay for the night and booked with somewhere else than 5-6 hours later I get call saying I need to Check in but I was confused as to why because there was no communication of the place being Confirmed and now I can’t get a refund

All I can say is wow. 1) the room is exactly like the picture and the room is HUGE with high ceilings 2) a smart tv 3) the bed was very comfy 4) the bathroom was very clean and a lot of towels 5) tea, coffee and a kettle in the room 6) friendly reception and a lovely balcony on the roof with a bar and the view at night is gorgeous. It is right next to the city centre aswell. I will DEFINITELY book again soon ❤️😁👍
