Very nice place with a big room to the back terrace. Great location if you are ok with passing traffic on adjacent Franklin Ave. Walking distance to Griffith Park as well as shops, bars and restaurants. Nice hosts.

Check in procedure is accompanied by pictures, making the process as simple as can be. Every time I messaged Natalya she responded within thirty minutes, maybe even less (I wasn’t exactly counting). I was only in need of a place to sleep after my late night out on Sunset Blvd and this room provided that and more. A kitchen area along with shower/rest room. My arrival at the home in the early AM hours almost made parking more difficult, the street side parking is well filled on this street, but I lucked out and found one not even a minute away. All around great experience
