Our stay had several issues that began as soon as we walked in the door. The home was not clean, dishes were missing, and the doors of a few kitchen cabinets were hanging off the hinges. The host responded the next morning that the damage must be from recent guests, which makes it seem that nobody went through the home before our stay. The lack of cleanliness (which extended to the bathroom that had a large amount of hair in the shower/drain) and the damage to the cabinets could not have been missed otherwise. Once the missing dishes were noticed the host brought over new ones fairly quickly. The dryer went out on day three but was repaired promptly. Over the next couple days there were ants in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom that took several days to address effectively from when we notified the host. The entryway lights had a short that made coming back after dark feel less safe. Overall, our stay was disappointing and not at all what I expected based on others reviews.

Nice kitchen, very comfortable king size bed, plenty of closet space. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, dishes and cooking utensils. There was plenty of linens. A lot of the light bulbs in the lamps needed replacing. There was a very nice fenced in back yard for our dogs. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, which was close to grocery stores and restaurants.
