Let's begin with the positives: the location was conveniently close to LRAFB, Liz was highly responsive, and the internet service was reliable. Now, onto the drawbacks: despite the presence of a cleaning crew, the kitchen was overrun with ants. The front couch was stained throughout, there were ceiling stains from leaks, operating the keypad was excessively challenging, and the gas grill couldn't stay lit. Instead, we were offered the option of using a small charcoal grill out front, with no charcoal and looked like a toddle could use. Additionally, both the front and back yards were in terrible condition (back yard - is "under construction"). Not my best Airbnb experience, needs work.

This house is even bigger than the pictures - especially the primary bedroom. And the main bathroom's shower/tub is huge! They've done a lot of nice updates in the home. The house felt like it was in a safe neighborhood in Jacksonville, and the big living room window was great for watching thunderstorms.
