This house is quite lovely. It is tastefully decorated. It has everything one could need to feel at home. And it was so neat and so clean. With plenty of extra linens. The backyard looks out onto the Arkansas river - the view is lovely. Great patio. I cannot give Kasey enough accolades for her air bnb. Easy check in because the instructions were very clear. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the airport. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great place and great host…the house was in pristine condition and we loved the amenities. We didn’t need to leave the property for much….thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace, big yard/patio, and access to the riverbank. Kasey was super responsive if we had any questions or requests. This was definitely one of our best airbnb stays.

I was pleased to find this place as it was close to a family member's home in the local area. The house was modern, clean, and well appointed with new appliances, hotel-like upscale bathrooms and comfortable beds. The house actually has two and a half bathrooms which made it great for getting ready. I loved the ceiling fan and light with remote. The large TV was awesome for watching TV and shows as it was rainy during our visit and we needed indoor activities. The view of the river and bridge is relaxing. Having two living areas created a degree of separation for those that wanted. I found that having the key-less entry pad was excellent as I did not have to keep up with a key and my other guests could come and go without me having to be present. The kitchen was well appointed with microwave, full stove and oven along with a full size fridge. It felt like home and allowed for all the activities we had planned to do. I will re-book this home again.

First, Kasey is extremely responsive to any questions we had. The place itself is beautifully appointed and we had everything we needed! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return.
