This 2,100sf 4BR, 2BA, 2-car garage 1-level house was the parsonage for a church. The church building & parsonage are the only 2 structures on the block. The church building is now leased by a church that does not use the parsonage. The dining table seats 6 & another table seats 4. The great room is GREAT with plenty of room for 2 full-size couches, a loveseat, & a recliner. There is a smart tv in the great room & all 4 BR's. This house has no carpet. At least 2 acres of grass outside. The space is an entire 2,100sf house with no neighbors, no steps, & no carpet surrounded by lots of open yard. Though it is in the city, since it is in a block by itself, it is quite private & very quiet. The house is of standard construction with 8' flat ceilings throughout. Nice, spacious, comfortable, but not fancy.

My daughter was getting married at The Venue at Oakdale, and this house was only 7 minutes away! It’s hard to tell just how much room there is by the pictures. We have a big family, and there was plenty of room! William was quick to respond to any questions I had. If I ever have to stay in the Sherwood/Little Rock area, we will book this place again!
We were there for an adult softball tournament. The house easily accommodated everyone(kids included). The location was less than 5 miles from both complexes that we play at. House was clean. Plenty of yard & dining area. Communication with host was amazing!! 5 out of 5!!!
This was a great place for our family of 6 and our dogs to stay! Everything was super clean and comfortable. We had a good time playing with the games and one of the puzzles that were available. There was a good book selection too. It was great to have really comfy seating for all of us in the very large living room. The home is on a nice quiet street next to a church and we enjoyed the huge yard! We had come for the eclipse, but we wished we had stayed there a few extra days because it was so relaxing. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.
Great place to stay!
Very spacious home! We enjoyed spending time together in the large family room. The king beds were extremely comfortable. We were so grateful to be able to park in the garage and have access to a garage door opener, especially during the heavy rainstorm that came. Bill was very kind and responsive.

No neighbors! This house is not in a subdivision. It is the only house on the block. It offers at least 2 acres of flat yard for outdoor activities. Besides the 2-car garage, the driveway can comfortably accommodate another 6 cars, & the church parking lot is almost always empty with abundant parking spaces. Within a few blocks are several ff & "sit down" restaurants, several C-stores, a Dollar General, a veterinarian, & many other businesses.
Besides the 2-car garage, the driveway comfortably can accommodate 6 more cars, & the church parking lot next door offers plenty of paved parking. 1 block to the south is 5-lane Kiehl Ave. which is also SH 176. 1 block to the west is 5-lane Brockington Rd. which intersects Kiehl Ave. Both Kiehl Ave. & Brockington Rd. intersect highway 67/167 which is limited access with 1-way 2-lane service roads on each side. South on 67/167, North Little Rock is 5 minutes, Little Rock is 10-20 minutes depending on one's destination & time of day. North on 67/167, Jacksonville is 8 minutes, LRAFB is 12 minutes, Cabot is 20 minutes. South on 67/167 to I-40 in North Little Rock is 7 minutes. Conway is 33 minutes west on I-40.
