Hi, Thank you for viewing listings by Herrod Holdings, LLC. My name is Nikita. Each property listed on my site is or has been my home. Therefore, each guest is so, in the truest sense of the term. My home had been in the Little Rock area for about eight years. I relocated to Oklahoma City for work in 2019. I recently relocated once again to Hartford, CT. I am offering my home in North Little Rock, AR and the in-law apartment in my new home in Hartford, Connecticut for short-term usage. I am still very much attached to the North Little Rock home, so I hope that every renter will enjoy all of its features and benefits, and think of it as special as much as I do. I am excited about what the in-law apartment offers to extended term travelers. Hoping to make someone's transitional work arrangement feel more homey. I am continually trying to fill both spaces with things that will make you feel at home. I am also very committed to following all COVID 19 recommendations to ensure a safe environment for all.
