The property features an excellent terrace area with garden for evening and early morning chit chats. The apartment has ample balconies for guest to hangout. This property has a compact Hall cum Dining space. All bedrooms have smart tv and writing desk with chair. Kitchen is fully furnished with, Fridge, gas stoves, pots, pans, plates, cups, mineral water, kettle, microwave, mixer and all necessary cutleries. Washing machine is in a common area with facility to dry clothes in natural sun. All bathrooms have child safety shower panels. Free covered parking is available in the property. Separate payment for Jacuzzi (Rs 800 per hr) and Washing Machine( 6kg capacity Rs 100 per usage)

Amazing place
This is my second time stay at Anika Homes. And it's been really great! The place is spacious and super comfortable. My friends and I booked the place for a couple of nights out and it was worth ever penny spent. The Jacuzzi is well maintained too. The host and helpers were responsible and accommodating. Overall, we had a 5 star stay!
This is a good clean place to stay. Well maintained and spacious. It is located much further away from the main road / Mall than I had expected based on description of the property. I had a good stay here. Two things that need to be addressed are - an AC is needed in the hall / living room area. Also, the pots / pans / plates / cups in the kitchen need a major upgrade. They are not adequate. The staff at the desk in are very friendly and helpful. Flat is cleaned and serviced regularly. Overall a good stay.
