Pros: - cute cottage - amazing location - fantastic to deal with Salee who was super responsive - a bag of treats and water bowl left out for our dog which was very sweet Cons: There were various issues we weren’t informed of in advance: - washing machine out of order; looking back at previous reviews, this has been the case since January - the thermostat didn’t work but we managed to turn the heating on manually - there was a bad smell from the kitchen area and not obvious to see where it was coming from. Salee offered to send someone to look into it the next day but as we were only there for a short stay, we suggested it is checked before the next stay - freezer completely frozen and unusable; didn’t matter to us but this wasn’t mentioned and you can see that it has been like that for a while Overall, it felt pricey for what it was though I recognise we paid for the amazing location and village. The furnishings are tired/broken and it could do with some proper maintenance.

Salee was communicative and the location was great. Place is cute, but the pictures make it seem bigger than it is. There was a foul smell when we turned on the heating that was not resolved during the stay unfortunately.

Excellent location at the very center of town. Cute little cottage and a great host!

Lovely cottage in a very central location. Good sized kitchen with all the amenities. Would stay again
