Plenty of space for all of us and bedrooms were a great size. Would have loved to have my sunshine to make more use of the garden
Lovely little cottage perfect for my friends and I to stay at to celebrate our birthdays. A nice walk into the village but worth baring in mind it is quite a steep hill. But was definitely manageable! We had a lovely time thank you!
This a great place to stay when you want to explore the northern part of Cotswolds. The interior design was nice and the bedding and towels were fresh. We appreciated having the parking space right outside the door. The logs for the log burner were a nice touch, but there were no matches. We bought food at Coop in the village of Bourton-on-the-Water. The house was cosy.
We were a party of six adults and a dog and we had a lovely stay at the house. It is full of character. It is 200 years old. so it is rather creaky, so do bring your earplugs for a nighttime if you are noise sensitive. It is located up a hill, around 8 mins main road walk from the main centre. The house is comfortable and warm and the communication was great. There is no door on the snug, so do be aware of this, if you plan to use it as an additional bedroom. The top bathroom with the shower/toilet en-suite was not working when we arrived and we were told this on the day of arrival, so do check in advance of booking if you feel one bathroom/shower is not enough. As there was 6 of us and this was a challenge. Bourton-on-the-water is absolutely stunning and dog friendly, so many lovely walks and places to visit.
