Absolutely fantastic place. Lots of parking space available, within walking distance (5 minutes) from the university, located right next to grocery store, child's park, and city walking path/park. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we could!

This is a nice apartament in a modern, private and secure condominium building. Quiet and nicely located. Communication with Mirela and Ionel was very good, friendly and they always responded quickly. The unit has an optional and fair priced covered parking spot. For American guests: dryer is not an automatic clothes dryer but a wire dryer! Excellent in summer months but not when is cold. Mirela and Ionel left us few varietes of coffee pods, teas, etc, a nice gesture. Chris and Andreea, the housekeepers/managers on site were some of the nicest and kind people that we ever met! We thank God for people like them. We recommend this place and we’d stay again here when we’ll come to beautiful Arad again!
