A bit more expensive as the average accomodation options in Arad, but the apartment is also above average apartments: a modern, could say a luxurious apartment, well equipped with all the ameneties. Ioana was very friendly, we communicated well. We’ve been stayed in a couple of AirBnb locations in Arad, but this was the best so far!

The Rubio Residence is a beautiful apartment located about 15 min walking distance from city center. We rented the unit for 9 days and were extremely happy with our stay. It is a wonderful place and Ioana is an amazing host. The unit is private, it was just as pictured and the air conditioning came in handy during the hot summer days. There is a local grocery store (Profi) and two independent small Patisseries 5 min walking distance from the home. There is also a restaurant right under the apartment with really great food. Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to rent it again in the future.

Ioana was a great host, we had a very good communication and she was ensuring we get every information we needed, from how to get at the place, to parking, check in, accommodation and nearby places to eat or visit. The apartment was amazing, very big with a beautiful design, very clean, fully equipped with everything needed even for longer stays. We will definitely book it again with the next occasion!
